| Job Duties: | *Assist in the supervision and coordination of all cargo operation functions and ensure these activities are performed in a safe manner in accordance and in compliance with all established Company, regulatory and local regulations. *Ensure the team has the appropriate resources available and holds them accountable for the work assigned/performed. *Assist to develop and support standard work and continuous improvement processes. *Oversee and support the performance of the team. Report to Terminal Operations Supervisor for any issues or concerns. *Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | *Associate’s Degree in related field or comparable work experience preferred. *Six months to one year equivalent work experience. *Knowledge in all areas of cargo operations; *Knowledgeable in FAA, ICAO, IATA, TSA, local airport and airline regulations; *Conflict resolution and decision-making with the ability to lead is required; Excellent written and oral communication skills; *Computer literate with good typing skills; *Must be able to operate forklift and other cargo-handling equipment. *Must be able to lift 70 pounds. * Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays, * Must have a valid CNMI driver's license, * Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification, * Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position. |
