| Job Duties: | Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines and other mechanically functioning equipment. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment such as centralized heat, gas, water and steam systems. Read and interpret blueprint, technical drawings, schematic, or computer generated reports. Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements. Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation an recommend remedial actions. And other related duties as assigned by company. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Graduate of Mechanical Engineer or equivalent, with minimum 10 years work experience. Experience in sales HVAC and Refrigeration. Experience with the following equipment a plus: Commercial Air Conditioning include, Package/Split DX Systems, Water/Air Cooled Chillers, VRF Systems, Variable Speed Compressors, Walk in Coolers/Freezers and Ice Machines, Pumps, Elevators, Boilers, Fire Sprinkler Systems/Controls and other Mechanical Equipment. Professional engineering knowledge and judgement on products recommendation. Knowledgeable to estimates on equipment, parts, supplies, or services as needed. Knowledgeable in building management system, in interpreting plans & specifications and prepare shop drawings, knowledgeable in AUTO CAD. |
