| Job Duties: | To present a leadership role that is faithful to the core principle of the company To ensure compliance with regulatory, departmental and company policies as well as local gaming law. To manage team of supervisors and employees in the performance of their duties To motivate employees to exert effort necessary to attain organizational goals To manage effective labor requirements and coverage in all electronic gaming area at all times To verify large slot machine pay out as per company policy and local gaming law To ensure all guest disputes and complaints are handled and resolved professionally, accurately and efficiently To maintain effective communication between front line staff and management To ensure marketing personnel are informed and act on all information with regards to identifying new premium slot players To ensure the presentation of the slot area is at optimum level at all times To ensure all marketing and promotional activity are being adhered to by electronic gaming personnel To conduct counseling, coaching and disciplinary procedures of electronic gaming personnel in the performance of their duties To present a leadership role that is faithful to the core principle of the company To ensure compliance with regulatory, departmental and company policies as well as local gaming law. | Qualification Requirements: | Education: High School graduate or above. Graduation with an Associate’s degree is desired. Work Experience: Minimum of one year experience in shift management or above in a slot or casino operation, or two years’ experience supervising an effective team within a gaming environment or managing a team in a non-gaming environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. Out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred. |
