| Job Duties: | a) Make project plans according to project development, reasonable coordination of resource allocation; b) Responsible for the convening of the project meetings, the development of the project schedule and work division tables; c) Lead and supervise the implementation of the project plans, ensure the completion of the milestone events of each stage; d) Manage each project construction team, propose specific construction requirements, supervise the implementation of quality; e) Responsible for project budget control； f) Responsible for supervision and review of the overall project quality； g) Coordinate each project construction unit’s work relation; h) Organize the development of a project management related system, process and documentation, compose standardized engineering implementation requirements; i) Assess the project engineering personnel; j) Organize project acceptance, completion settlement work.
