| Job Duties: | a)Refined decoration design management work including participation in the decoration design drawing review and coordination of the design unit. b) Writing a decoration construction project management plan and is responsible for its implementation, inspection and acceptance of supervision of construction site management. c) Cooperate refined decoration construction and material tender (technical tender) work. d) Participate in project update and on-site visa review. e) Develop the material procurement and technical standards, participate in technical review and assessment. |

| Qualification Requirements: | a)College graduate with relevant expertise background. b) Minimum 4 years of working experience in similar position, has been involved in large projects and has experience in refined decoration construction project management of five-star hotels. c) Proficient in interior decoration, related laws and regulations, and occupation codes. d) Proficient in all kinds of decoration style designs, proficient in decoration construction process and properties of various materials. Familiar with design, construction and integrated site management. e) Familiar with drawing and office software. |
