| Job Duties: | a)Master construction drawings, construction organization design, project main points, and according to the project schedule guide construction workers on the details. b) Organize the construction overall planning, arrangement, distribution, construction work and solve the problems encountered during construction. c) Check the site material usage, eliminate the waste of materials, guide the construction technology, coordinate the progress of the project. d) Responsible for project completion and transfer acceptance. Be familiar with and apply the relevant technical specifications. e) Responsible for safety, quality and schedule of civilized on-site construction work. f) Cooperate with technical director to prepare appropriate technical solutions. |

| Qualification Requirements: | a)More than a few months to one year of working experience in site construction management of refined decoration project, full participation in construction project management of a five-star hotel. b) Proficient in AutoCAD and other related office software. c) Proficient in construction technology and construction process, master of codes for construction and acceptance criteria. d) Proficient in all kinds of decoration engineering construction drawings and proficient in all kinds of decoration materials used in the project. e) During the progress of the project, organize workers to make prior construction technical clarifications. Provide on-site guidance during the construction process. |
