| Job Duties: | a)Review and verify the project’s design construction drawings, ensure the successful implementation of the project; b) Responsible for organizing project surveys, actual construction site measurements, drawing, depth optimization design, analysis of structural material combinations, construction drawing design work; c) Construction site full follow-up coordination and work with various design tasks, ensure that the construction is carried out successfully; d) Responsible for the completion of design reports, communication in meetings. Verify and control the questions and answers concerning the design quality results; e) Responsible for the completion of the project construction plans shop drawing design work. Complete design tasks in strict accordance with the plans; Coordinate with the construction site, design changes and other work, ensure the successful implementation of the project; Complete the as-built drawing designs and filing work. |

| Qualification Requirements: | a)Architecture and interior design related major, College diploma or above, 3-5 years or above working experience in interior design, participated in large-scale engineering projects, Five Stars Hotel project shop drawing design work. b) Familiar with relevant national design laws and regulations, familiar with interior design knowledge, familiar with technological processes and related industry standards; c) Proficient in AUTOCAD, 3DMAX, POWERPOINT, MICROSOFT EXCEL etc. software; d) Good communication skills and team working spirit. |
