| Job Duties: | a)Overall responsibility for project quality supervision, according to the quality policy and quality objectives, develop quality management plans. Responsible for the function of quality management and quality supervision, in accordance with the construction quality acceptance criteria, inspect and guide the whole quality of the project; b) Responsible for project quality control system implementation, completing the quality control process. Supervise and urge all units to strictly implement the quality of the ‘three inspections’ system; c) Responsible for the implementation of quality objectives management，construction process quality management, engineering quality inspection, rectifying defective goods, preventive measures and other control procedures and complete the relevant records; d) Participate in quality accident investigation, analysis and handling, timely report the analysis of the cause of accident and handling opinions according to the pertinent regulations and form a complete record |
