| Job Duties: | • Responsible in leading Group Human Resources division for Hong Kong, Macau, Saipan; • Reporting directly to Board of Directors and Investor for overall Human resources strategies and actions plan on business daily operations. • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. • Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations. • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and HR systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change. • Supervises the staff from different Human Resource Department within the Group. • Annually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of the Group HR policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters. • Evaluates the HR division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as for providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities • Maintains knowledge of industry trends (Gaming Marketing & Hospitality) and employment legislation and ensures Group's compliance. • Maintains responsibility for Group HR compliance with federal and state legislation pertaining to all HR matters. • Communicates changes within Group policies and procedures and ensures proper compliance is followed. • Assists executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of Compensation, Benefits and Salary Program. • Coordinates and Monitoring Employee Relations to determine loyalty & company branding in Group. • Works directly with whole group department heads to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on HR matters. • Provides technical advice and knowledge to others within the human resource discipline. • Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff budget plan for whole group. • Enhances and develops systems solutions that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the HR function. Provide technical advice and knowledge to others within the Group human resources needed as well as the corporation. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Degree in HR, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related discipline. • Multi Region HR experience in Strategic Planning, Reporting, Implementation of Policies and Procedures. • At least 10 years HR working experience in Casino Hotel. • At least 4 years’ experience in a managerial role in a casino/hotel HR. • Experience managing 200 and above HR staff. • Global Recruitment experience gained from Asia Region • Hotel & Casino Pre-opening HR Team experience gained from Asia. • Experience in Management Hotel human resources partnership from international hotel chain. • Fluent in English (spoken and written). • Fluent in different Chinese dialects preferred |
