| Job Duties: | Assist the Sales & Marketing team, front office team, and F&B team in handling Chinese guests in an efficient, gracious, and professional manner. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies for the Chinese market. Promote the establishment and its services. Identify, develop, or evaluate Chinese marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Develop pricing strategies, balancing establishment objectives and customer satisfaction. Compile lists describing product or service offerings. Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers and advertisers to market products or services. |
