| Job Duties: | Assist the Assistant Director for overall project management of construction work for the large integrated resort of the company and achieve timely project delivery within budget. Provide overall project management including cost, schedule and technical management, and use judgment to independently assess issues relative to cost, schedule, and technical issues;Work collaboratively and build effective relationships with engineering team, builder, facility operations, quality assurance and validation departments;To coordinate, issue of design documentation for all disciplines to the contractors, ensuring that the documentation is appropriately coordinated and issued in accordance with the agreed program.To resolve the technical issues and requests for information between the building contractor and designer.Program management of all nominated work, including monitoring and reprogramming as necessary to meet project objectives.Cost planning and management, including identifying and implementing potential cost savings.Monitoring the work progress and quality of the works up to standard specified. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Degree in engineering/construction management/architectural or related disciplines. 15+ years of relevant experience in construction project management of highend integrated resort, preferably with overseas construction experience. Working knowledge of contractor and subcontractor capabilities. Proactive and selfmotivated, excellent work ethics. Organizational skills, oral and written communication and team attitude. Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese (Written/Spoken) is an advantage. |
