Job Title: Director of Food & Beverage
Job Duties: Manage all food & beverage outlets of the resort, including but not limited to the restaurant, bar/lounge areas, catering and banquet facilities by ensuring that product quality, service standards, and profitability are met. Manage all food and beverage staff by recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, evaluating, supervising performance, and carrying out disciplinary actions as needed in accordance with the resort's policies and applicable laws. Prepare weekly forecasts and formulate budget and cost controls. Attend daily meetings and monthly P&L reviews.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: 1-2 years progressive responsibility in food & beverage in management level is required and preferably from a full service hotel or high volume restaurant. Solid time management, organization, and prioritization skills are essential. Experienced in resolving customer issues/complaints as well as overall compliance of all health regulations for food preparation. Proven ability to effectively build and foster a team environment and make decisions in a fast paced environment. Proficient with computer software applications. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
