Job Title: Marketing & Communications Director
Job Duties: Initiate and lead designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts Work with the Vice President of P.R. and Marketing to develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the branding & communications program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance Maintain the consistency of promotions and communications of brand both internally and externally Identify brand-building areas in the target markets Coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions, agencies and external customers responsible for planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies based. Initiate tactical offers to meet annual sales targets and KPIs specifically for all F&B outlets, room sales, banquet sales, Spa & fitness center membership Develop cross branding partnership with credit cards, banks, telecom's and associations Meet marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. Constantly create networking events with media and bloggers to pitch for free features and coverage, especially in the luxury travel segment, F&B and Spa. Maintain award recognition from local and international publications on brand, hotel, spa, F&B and business performance. In charge of Branding, Communications, Digital Marketing and Creative teams to ensure all assigned tasks are completed according to timelines and stakeholders requirements. Create synergy with different the departments. Act as an ambassador of the departments and maintain high level of team work spirits

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration; OR equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA preferred Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex of documents, such as technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to write effective letters, memos, or speeches. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from staff members at all levels, guests, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings. Able to speak, read and write both English and Chinese fluently Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,). Self-starter, collaborative, and highly organized, along with being an innovative problem solver and a creative marketer with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize and process multiple complex projects and deadlines with attention to detail and organization. Ability to creatively approach challenges and projects and to work both independently and in teams effectively for the best possible outcome. Strong interpersonal skills, writing, speaking, organizational ability, initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm. Must be able to secure a Casino Gaming License.
