| Qualification Requirements: | *AS Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and/or Aeronautical Engineering. Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations. Preferably with two years’ experience on Airframe and Power Plant maintenance; *Have work experience on both narrow and wide-body aircraft; *Must be skilled in use of specialized aircraft testing equipment and hold current U.S. FAA and A&P License or an equivalent foreign license; *Has at least 2 years leadership experience in similar field of work; *Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays; *Valid US driver's license (revoked, suspended or expired are not considered valid); *Must pass a pre-placement physical examination and DOT drug screen required *Must be able to pass a 10-year security background check & a finger-print based Criminal History Records Check required; *Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification *Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position |
