Job Duties: To evaluate and assist in POC on different end user computing environment and solutions like virtual desktop, latest mobile technologies like iPhone, iPad and Blackberry, etc. and Windows 7 compatibilities To gather/consolidate user business requirements and convert/propose feasible IT solutions to meet user need Work closely with other teams within the IT Department to ensure all services and solutions delivered to user departments meeting our committed SLA and quality services Provide technologies trainings and consultancy services to front-line technicians and engineers Project planning, management, co-ordination, implementation and deployment, etc. Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures for patch and software updates.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum Work Experience: Minimum 4 years in a technical support position with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Board understanding on current and emerging end-user IT technologies and trends to allow these to be levered to the business benefit of IT Operations team and our user departments Certification: Microsoft Certified Professional, Cisco Certified Network Associate certifications preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation.
