| Job Duties: | Directly supervises all coordination of our resort's restaurant outlets and banquets. Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service. Schedule staff hours and assign duties. Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service or accommodations. Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving and building maintenance in dining facilities. Attend monthly F&B meetings. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 4 years progressive work experience at a supervisory/managerial capacity in food & beverage from a high volume restaurant or hotel is required.
