| Job Duties: | Assist in coordinating construction efforts through in-house & contract labor for new construction & rebuild projects.Responsible for safety & quality of work performed within the construction department.Prepares/reviews reports & forecasts,including summary of construction progress,job,manpower forecasts.Monitors the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications & procedures.Responsible for the implementation of corporate/project policies,procedures & instructions within assigned operations.Ensures all safety codes,requirements & standards are complied.Oversees the implementation of work packages,from approval to work thru closeout & post maintenance testing.Responsible for oversight of all construction operations.Do other related duties as may be assigned from time to time. |
