| Job Duties: | Greet and show customers to their seats and present our variety of dishes and drinks. Explain the difference of each menu item and beverage especially the wine and whiskey listings. Advice on the best choices for each customer and answer their questions. Take orders and deliver them to the table accurately. Attend to guests to ensure satisfaction and guarantee compliance to Public Health and Company’s sanitation standards. Check the quality of food served and resolve any issues. Check the guests' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcohol beverages. Schedule dining reservations, deliver checks and accept payments. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Proven wait staff experience, preferably within the fine dining industry. Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction. Must have a reliable transportation and able to work flexible work hours including evening, weekend and/or holidays. Working knowledge of cash register and any ordering information system. Outstanding people skills. Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving. High school diploma with food safety training is a plus. Knowledge in Cantonese or Mandarin language is preferred. |
