| Job Duties: | Servers greet guests, provide information to them and sometimes make order suggestions Take orders from patrons on order slips, memorize orders and collects payments; Serves food and beverages such as cocktail drinks, draft beer and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons. Must be familiar with various beverages in order to communicate easily with patrons particularly in crowded areas. Must have pleasing personality; Check patrons’ identification to meet the minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic drinks; Must work with a team, cooperative and efficient, fast and alert in serving drinks to maximize sales; Clean bars, work areas, tables; Respect and follow orders from supervisors and managers.
