| Job Duties: | Provides overall operational and IT support, maintenance, diagnose, install, upgrade and troubleshoot through onsite visits within the organizations different departments; Takes charge on daily routines and operations of computer systems including POS, printers, workstations, IP cameras, Handhelds, PDA’s, MS Windows, MSOffice, and other related electronic machines on an on-call support basis; Ensures functionality of machines for all end users; Manages and maintains the network operations of the company; Evaluates systems performance and recommends as necessary; Handles inventory of hardware and software system which includes ordering and purchasing; Conducts Office Applications training to group staff and handheld usage for Distribution purposes to new employees; Oversees group Accounting system - MAS200; Supervises Route delivery and distribution systems (RMA) of the company including but not limited to invoicing, preparing routes and monitoring daily deliveries; Assists in obtaining Sales reports for Accounting and Operations need; Manages and analyzes sales quantity and provides necessary reports which are useful in identifying efficiency of the sales per month. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering required; minimum of two years specific training in computer and computer systems (including hardware and software), with at least 1-2 years work experience. Candidate should have demonstrated abilities with software such as Windows XP, 7, 8 , Office Applications, Networking, hardware maintenance and troubleshooting. Preferably with basic knowledge in Route Management Advance (RMA) system and MAS 200 program; Must be able to work under pressure and flexible hours; willing and able to travel; with valid CNMI driver’s license |
