| Job Duties: | *Responsible for overall Client Operations; *Responsible for implementing projects in such a way as to promote and support the success and profitability of the POI Aviations; *Monitors budgeting including direct and indirect costs and notifies the General Manager of out of scope items and hours by Clients; *Works to ensure that billable utilization of contract hours forecasted are maintained; *Executes project according to the timeline and budgets; *Manages the internal team accordingly to ensure no complaints from Client; *Provides quality management based on the expectations of client; *Identifies possible red flags and alerts from Clients and notifies Manager of Department affected; *Initiates and reviews work assignments as assigned by Department Management; *Initiates and measures the effectiveness of all strategies; *Assists and provides liaison for the General Manager and internal team; *Coordinates and participates in content planning; *Manages communications with the General Manager and internal team regarding initial and on-going information and status; *Creates and completes monthly client contract reports to the General Manager; *Delegates projects accordingly; |
