Job Title: Director of Customer Service
Job Duties: Summary of duties: Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills. Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers. Oversees the company’s stations operations, ensuring the daily performance of company goals and standards. Specific tasks: • Responsible for the hiring, appointing and training of the Station Leads and Cargo Manager. •Coordinates day-to-day airline activities with the Director of Operations and the Director of Maintenance. •Directs and oversees the marketing and sales effort for passengers and cargo relative to the local business market. •Coordinates with the Accounting Department personnel in their duties relative to budget preparation. Monitors departmental budget performance. •Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. •Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits.

Qualification Requirements: Job qualifications: •High school graduate; Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is usually needed. Employees in these occupations need anywhere from a few months to one year of working with experienced employees.These occupations often involve using your knowledge and skills to help others. Experience working for a US air carrier as defined in 14 CFR 119 preferred. •Must be flexible and able to travel and oversee station operations in airports covered by the company’s route structure. • Must be flexible and available to work a combination of shifts within a 24 hour period (including weekends and holidays) as may be required by the company. •Experience working in a multi-cultural environment preferred. •Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. •Ability to speak Mandarin preferred.
