| Job Title: | Freight Forwarding Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | Keeps track of all flight related schedules vis-à-vis shipments. Provides close supervision to all Airfreight Cargo Agents in the delivery of services on inbound and outbound shipments. Accepts relevant documents from Airfreight Inbound and Section Supervisor/ staff signalling the start of cargo pick-up/ delivery jobs. Checks shipment priorities with them accordingly. Supervises all cargo loadings either for air inbound cargo delivery or air outbound cargo loading to ULDs. Assists actual loading as necessary. Monitors whereabouts and activities of Airfreight Cargo Agents to ensure that cargoes are picked-up or delivered on time, and to handle any problems that may occur. Oversees day- to-day courier operations. Monitors shipments that may need special assistance particularly in the requirements at destination. Coordinates with Guam Station for any additional assistance and services, i.e. tracing of packages, e Prepares and submits monthly reports to Airfreight Manager. Monitors status of courier shipments, and performs appropriate action as required. Attends to Customer inquiries, complaints and claims. Performs pick-up and/or deliveries as required. Communicates daily overage/ shortage report to Guam. Accomplishes reporting requirements. Performs other duties that may be required from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Associate’s Degree with at least 3 years experience in freight forwarding operations and 1-year experience in transportation security and communication related activities. Knowledge of TSA security regulations and proficiency in TSA Known Shipper Management System are a must. Knowledge of Federal Regulations in Transportation is required. Must have obtained certifications/training in Hazmat, Occupational Safety and Hazardous Waste Operation and IATA related trainings. Proficiency in airfreight documentation, freight forwarding software, FEDEX systems and operations are a must. Must be familiar with airline operations and regulations. |
