Job Title: NIGHT AUDITOR
Job Duties: Responsible for the reconciliation of revenues collected for the day. Posting of all revenues to the hotel front-office system of the generated sales from all the hotel revenue outlets. Reconciliation of revenues generated for the day by all hotel outlets in comparison with all of its settlements (cash, room charge, credit cards and others) generated from all systems. Coordinate with the income auditor on all postings made during the night and highlight all discrepancies noted. Daily closing of the front office system. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience and academic background with major in Accounting Business knowledge on the basic functions of debits and credits. Knowledge on hotel-related systems particularly on front-office systems and point-of-sale systems of the hotel industry. Strong knowledge of Excel and must be knowledgeable in using Opera System and Micros System; Familiarity on how the hotel settlement system works (cash, room charge, credit card transaction or similar). Must be able to work from 11:00pm to 7:00am; May involve shift work, including working on weekends and holidays.
