| Job Duties: | Monitoring the premises and ensuring the protection of people, property, information and assets; Provide communication between different departments and provide Security assistance when necessary; Respond to system alarms including fire alarms, door alarms, water leakage alarms, hotel disable toilet panic alarm, and duress alarms, and where appropriate directing security officers, resources and/or other departmental staff to the incident and/or alarm for action; Ensuring that the daily log and pertinent data for all operational events is maintained, accurate and up to date; Ensuring that all property’s staff, vendors, visitors and guests are complying with the safety and security requirements of the premises and where required notifying and/or directing security staff for rectification; Ensuring that radio and telephone communications between and within departments are professionally handled; Responding to all staff and/or guest queries and inform Control Room Supervisor for any issues or problems; All emergency cases reported to Security Control Room should be reported to the management and/or responsible parties; Ensuring the non-gaming areas of the resort are continually monitored for security and safety related issues that could impact operations or the overall guest experience. Performs other duties as directed by the Control Room Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent. Work Experience: Working experience in a Security environment is an advantage. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Knowledge of communications protocols and radio systems; Knowledge of the Security and/or Surveillance policies, procedures and regulations is an advantage. Must be able to work various shifts including nights and weekends. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents.
