Job Title: Director of Electronic Gaming Operations
Job Duties: Provide direction and oversight for the Electronic Gaming Operation Department. Analyze slot machine financial information on a daily basis with the goal of maximizing efficiency and revenue. Oversee security of personnel, moneys and games. Ensure adequate staff training is maintained with highest level of customer services. Analyze employee performance so as to maximize efficiency. Prepare and evaluates all labor scheduling and manpower. Monitor employee adherence to performance standards regularly. Establish and maintain open channels of communication within the department. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to the regulatory, departmental and company policies. Provide overall management of the department. Ensure all standards and customer service charter is adhered to. Ensure effective labor management of the operation. Ensure compliance with company policy and local gaming law. Establish a team atmosphere were all members are treated with dignity and respect. Train, counsel and coach staff in the performance of their duties. Prepare and present regular performance reviews.

Qualification Requirements: High school graduate or above. To have a track record of effective and successful management within the electronic gaming portion of the gaming industry. Minimum of five one or two years’ experience in management required. Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Customer Interaction: must possess excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills. Must possess a well-groomed appearance. Teamwork: Able to coach and motivate team members get along with peers and co-workers as a team. Team building and problem solving skills are required. Able to work any day of the week and any shift. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken).
