| Job Duties: | Prepares, maintains and interprets financial records and reports, and all other accounting related works for Management and clients/customers; To conduct internal audits to verify compliance to the quality assurance procedures & control; Oversees and control company funds or finances; Prepares budget and plans expansions; Prepares and file all Taxes, Licenses, Permits, FICA & medicare for the company, employees, clients & others; Prepares & submit service proposals & agreements/contracts for prospective clients; Prepares and follow up Statement of Accounts/billings/collections; Monitors and control work hours of all employees; Acts as Assistant & consultant to the General Manager by overseeing the whole operations and ensures strict compliance; •Attends meetings, seminars & orientations with clients/customers, with different government and privates agencies, and with employees; •Conducts interview of applicants and assist in the actual posting; •Conducts regular site or post visit or inspections of all customers/clients; •Process USCIS documents including Petitions for CW-1 & CW-2 status, Green cards, and others; and DOES ALL OTHER JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES AS DEEMED NECESSARY AND REQUIRED, AND AS INSTRUCTED. |

| Qualification Requirements: | COLLEGE GRADUATE MAJOR IN ACCOUNTING OR ITS EQUIVALENT COURSE; AT LEAST 4 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE AS AN ACCOUNTANT; HIGHLY ORGANIZE AND WITH GOOD IN PERSONALITY; CAN MANAGE AND RUN THE COMPANY INDEPENDENTLY; CAN DO MULTI- TASKS; EXPERT IN TAX LAW, COMPUTATIONS, & FILING; MUST HAVE STRONG LEADERSHIP CAPABILITY; EXCELLENT IN COMMUNICATION, BOTH ORAL & WRITTEN; CAN DO AND PREPARE BUSINESS PROPOSALS AND CONTRACTCS; EXPERT IN COMPUTER OPERATIONS & PROGRAMS... MS EXCEL, WORD, PEACHTREE...; UNDERSTAND & INTERPRET U.S.C.I.S., FLSA, IRS, & ALL OTHER FEDERAL LAWS & LOCAL LAWS |
