REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Minimum 6 years in managing VoIP, network & telecommunication, or a sizable call center position with at least 3 year in a supervisory role. Formal problem management processes. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Expert level in routers/switches at different levels, firewall and VoIP, IPTV Filed installation and maintenance practices, techniques and procedures.
