| Job Duties: | Compile and keep personnel records. Record data for each employee, such as address, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports, and date of and reason for termination. May prepare reports for employment records, file employment records, or search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons. Coordinates and directs office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, to aid executives. Perform procedures of personnel hirings, including Contract Workers. Prepares records and reports, such as recommendations for solutions of administrative problems and annual reports. Files and retrieves corporation documents, records, and reports. Analyzes operating practices and procedures to create new or to revise existing methods. Interprets administrative and operating policies & procedures for employees. Studies management methods to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures, or implement cost reductions. Plans conferences. Reads & answers correspondence. Knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution, resource allocation, manpower modeling, & leadership techniques. Other related duties may be assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Associate's Degree. Must have knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, benefits and personnel information systems. Fair knowledge of Federal and CNMI laws. Ability to work in confidential related matters, self-directed and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must have knowledge in processing Federal & CNMI permits and licenses. Minimum of 2 years work experience in Human Resource, administrative and accounting. Proficient in MS Office including MSWord, Excel and Outlook. With valid CNMI driver's license. |
