| Job Duties: | Supervise and monitor Greenskeepers to ensure proper landscaping and maintenance of property grounds. Assign workers to work areas and projects. Determine time tables for projects. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortar-less segmental concrete masonry wall units. Ensure proper trimming, grooming, cutting, and maintenance of Golf Course and Hotel landscaping. Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws. Repair and maintain gasoline engines used to power equipment such as portable saws and lawn mowers. Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers. Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes. |

| Qualification Requirements: | One to two (1-2) years of experience as a greenskeeper supervisor or landscaper supervisor of a golf course is required. Must be highly dependable, able to work outdoors (exposed to nature’s elements for extended periods of time), lift at least 50 lbs, and work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. |
