| Job Duties: | Greet customers, give them menus, and inform them about daily specials. Take drink orders from customers. Pour and serve wine, beer, and other drinks and beverages. Mix drinks according to recipes Check identification of customers to ensure that they are of legal drinking age. Clean bars, tables, and work areas. Wash glassware and other dishes. Collect payments from customers and return change. Manage bar operation and order and maintain liquor and bar supplies. Must be able to drive own vehicle to procure bar supplies as needed. Other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have at least a few months to one year experience working as a bartender in a full-service bar. Must be highly knowledgeable in mixing cocktails and serving alcoholic beverages responsibility. Must be familiar with all CNMI ABTC regulations related to handling and serving alcholol. Must be able to work nightly from 5:00PM to 2:00AM on some nights. Must have valid CNMI Driver's License. Upon Pre-Employment Must have valid CNMI Food Handler's Permit. |
