| Job Duties: | • To provide direction and oversight for the Electronic Gaming Operation Department • To review statistical reports for accuracy. • To oversee security of personnel, moneys and games. • To ensure adequate staff training is maintained with highest level of customer services • To review employee performance so as to maximize efficiency • To prepare and evaluates all labor scheduling and manpower • To monitor employee adherence to performance standards regularly. To establish and maintain open channels of communication within the department • To meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to the regulatory, departmental and company policies • To Perform other duties as assigned GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES • To provide overall management of the department • To ensure all standards and customer service charter is adhered to • To ensure effective labor management of the operation • To ensure compliance with company policy and local gaming law • To establish a team atmosphere where all members are treated with dignity and respect • To responsible for the training and development of Team Members for succession planning |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Working experience: At least 10 years’ experience in management and 10 years’ experience in electronic gaming operations background. • Education level: A college degree is required unless otherwise waived by Executive Management of the Casino, as based on determined experience and accomplishments. • Language: Must able to speak and write English. Ability to speak other language such Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is desired. • System & Computer Skill: Must understand to operate IGT system (applications: Machine Accounting, Advantage Monitor, EZPay, and Patron Management). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel applications and settlement software.Customer interactions: To possess excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills. To possess a well-groomed appearance. • Teamwork: Able to coach and motivate team members get along with peers and co-workers as a team. Team building and problem solving skills are required. • Flexibility schedule: Able to work any day of the week and any shift. |
