Job Title: Senior Director - Gaming Technical Service
Job Duties: • To direct and supervise the maintenance and service of all gaming equipment, including electronic and electromechanical auxiliary peripherals associated with Slots and Tables Games for the company. • To develop and maintain all Gaming Technical service policy and procedures • To assist AVP in preparation of yearly budget forecast for casino parts and maintenance costs • To work with casino executive team/ corporate office to project manage all casino upgrades, changes and extensions within the company. • To advise on technical requirements needed for casino project works. • To liaise with all internal departments to ensure projects are coordinated in a smooth professional matter. • To establish open lines of communications so that employees always have a clear understanding of their job functions and the policies of the department and company. • To set high standards for performance of employees within the Gaming Technical Service Department, ensure employees adhere to these standards, and establish a system for regularly review. • To plan and manage workforce strategically for Gaming Technical Service department to complete work load efficiently. • To be the interviewer for departmental hiring exclusively for management level. Review and select potential candidate who is suitable to work for the company. • To evaluate staff appraisal, develop proposal of staff promotion and salary adjustment. • To develop quarterly performance report of technical peripherals. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES • To control and provide systems for managing stock of, equipment, components, spare parts and consumables related to the department. • To provide a documented inventory report at regular intervals showing routine preventative maintenance, component par levels and service requirements. • To ensure electronic gaming devices are set up comply with government regulations and approval • To meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to the regulatory, departmental and company policies. • To perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to the company and encourages others to do the same. • Perform other job related duties.

Qualification Requirements: • Working Experience:  Must have a track record of effective management and team building within electronic gaming technical or gaming field. Minimum of four (4) years casino technical management experience is required.  Must have a track of record of minimum nine (9) years of casino technical experience specially in Asia gaming market. • Educational Level: High school graduate or above. Diploma in Management / Electrical & Electronic Engineering desired. • Language Skill: Able to speak and write fluent English. Able to understand and speak other languages such as Chinese, Korean, Japanese is desired. • Computer Skill:  Must have experience and sound understanding of Standard Business Applications;  AutoCAD application (version 2013 or higher);  Inventory Management Systems;  Project Management Systems. • Other Skill:  Must be able to operate and familiarize the hardware and software of Casino Management Systems such as; IGT sBx system; Paltronics One Link 3E system; DEQ Stud Poker system; MEI Cash Flow application; Transact Ticket Printer application; Roulette Wheel analytical system.  Knowledge and skills in casino floor design;  Knowledge in electricity, power consumption calculation, network infrastructure design;  Familiarize in doing research of innovative products according to latest technology is required;  Advance knowledge in project planning, staff management, casino operations knowledge;  Strong communication and presentation skills is required;  Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadline;  Flexible and adaptive in changing priorities;  Ability to learn and become subject matter expert in timely manner;  Experience in a dynamic organization;  Maintain high level of accuracy;  Ability to interact with senior management and demonstrates a professional presence; • Customer Interaction: To possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. Must be able to teach these skills to their staff. Must possess a well-groomed appearance. • Team Work: Must be able to lead and get along with co-workers as a team. Strong team building skills is desired. • Flexible schedule: Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. • Other requirements: To have strong problem solving skill, project planning skill. To be able to do research of innovative products according to latest technology which added advantages to the company
