| Job Duties: | Coordinates with suppliers and various organizations in soliciting information for promotional campaign held in various outlets. Improve and develop outlet managers and staff for promotions Achieve targeted budget in F&B sales and control expenses Initiate all activites promoting awareness to resort's F&B product and services. Initiate all activites promoting awareness to resort's F&B product and services. Reads and Reviews outlet logbook every morning writes down comments or instructions if necessary. Coordinates with the Executive Chef and Director of sales for forthcoming promotions. Coordinates with the Personnel Manager in recruitment and selection of supervisory applicants and labor. Coordinates with the Training Manager in arranging and scheduling training programs for employees and suggests the need for further development. Implements training programs for restaurant employees in coordination with HR Coordinates with Sales Department restaurant inspection tours. Conducts F & B coordination meeting on a daily basis with outlet managers to Reviews daily events and solves any immediate problems that might be occurred. To identify strengths and weaknesses in the outlets and staff to make necessary improvements. To identify strengths and weaknesses in the outlets and staff to make necessary improvements. Plan F&B operations, staff schedules based on budget and targets. Analyzes F & B operation from the standpoint of operating cost, increasing sales, efficiency and merchandising principles. Makes the daily inspection of restaurants for sanitation, appearance, and maintenance and up keeping of all service policies and procedures Proper attire and hygiene must be adhered in accordance to Hotel’s handbook Plan and organize business promotions and operational strategy. Oversee all day to day F&B operations Understand in order to strategies the local and tourist markets to increase sales and service. Performs night duties of touring and spot-checking outlets as according to the duty roster issued by the F & B Manager |
