| Job Duties: | • Perform assigned task/s with the aid of blueprints or instructions from supervisor to prepare concrete pouring lay out for various projects such as residential and commercial buildings, vertical and/or horizontal structures, as per required dimensions. • Work with a combination of sand, cement, concrete, bricks, concrete masonry units and other solid fillers to create/erect building floors, walls, beams, stairs, etc. • Utilize levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squares, and surveying equipment to ensure accuracy of measurement, elevation and planes of structure. • Apply concrete plastering on walls and utilize special cement masonry tools to level and smoothen surfaces covered by concrete. • Install heavy finishing materials for walls and floors such as vinyl/ceramic tiles, marble, granite and other stone products. • Perform other related duties assigned by superior. |
