| Job Duties: | Work involves responsibility for performing difficult technical work assist on supervising and scheduling the installation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration, kitchen equipment, chiller, walk-in chiller and air handling in the hotel facilities. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent, with extensive experience in refrigeration and air handling including some supervisory experience. 1-2 years experience working at a hotel. CFC Certification. (A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.) Comprehensive knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in installing, repairing and maintaining refrigeration and air handling equipment; comprehensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the work; ability to prepare estimates and order materials for maintenance and repair jobs; ability to exercise independent judgment in determining operating conditions; ability to plan, lay out, assist in supervising and inspect the work of subordinates; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates; knowledge of energy management systems. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. |
