| Job Title: | Building Facilities Assistant Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | Assists in overseeing and manage the day-to-day operations of a building or facility. Although the responsibilities of the Building Facilities Assistant Supervisor may vary depending upon the organization, there are some common duties. Handles building repairs. Handles simple duties as simple as electrical work, carpentry work, plumbing, and as complicated as installing a new heating system. May also conduct and maintain building inventories, put together furniture. *Other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Associate's Degree or equivalent. Have at least 1-2 years of work related skills, knowledge, or experience at a hotel and in the field is required. Must be able to carry at least 30+ pounds. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions and flexible work shifts - evenings/weekends/holidays. |
