| Job Duties: | • Ensure maximum usage of all supplies to attain budgeted beverage cost and to prevent waste. • Deliver orders from the warehouse to the bar outlets and restaurants in a timely manner - warehouse porters only. • Anticipate the guests’ needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency. • Assist the bartenders on the execution of service and following the bartender's direction. • Empty trash on a regular basis. • Wash glasses to ensure bar is fully stocked. • Mop floors as necessary to ensure a clean, safe work area. • Respond to Bartender needs by running for liquor, glassware, stock, etc. Perform all opening and closing duties, based upon shift assignment. • Bid farewell to guests, using guests’ names when known, and encourage them to return. • Work as a team, assisting all guests and employees’ needs and inquiries. • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least a few days to a few months of experience as a bar porter. • Secondary school or above. • Properly use two-way radio, knives and pallet jacks is an advantage. • Working knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, wines and non-alcoholic selections available. • Excellent customer service skills. • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting. • Well-groomed, excellent hygiene, confident, friendly and polite. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand. |
