| Job Title: | Stewarding Attendant |
| Job Duties: | • Clean, wash and store crockery, pots and glassware • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas, including ovens, stovetops, floors and ceilings • Sweep and mop floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards • Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers • Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans in appropriate and assigned areas • Use, handle and store cleaning chemicals correctly • Remove and dispose of kitchen garbage • Interact with department and company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively • Attend department and inter-department meetings and share relevant information • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Remain well-mannered, well-groomed and hygienic as per department and company standards at all times • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards • Participate in the company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle whenever possible • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Previous relevant experience preferably with a 5 star hotel • Primary school or above • Knowledge of correct use, handling and storage of cleaning chemicals • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Physically fit and able to clean high areas and large equipment, and lift heavy garbage • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage |
