| Job Duties: | 1. Coordinates with Hotel department managers on the orientation and training related activities for the new hires. To ensure new hires feel welcome and know our basic requirements on standard and their duties. 2. Ensure Hotel Operations maintain high standard of grooming, service quality and guest satisfaction. Carry out our own mystery shopper program to ensure high service quality. 3. Provides clear direction and support to department trainers and ensure training is carry out based on our set standards. 4. Attends and represent Hotel Operations in all training related meetings and ensure relevant information is disseminated as required. 5. Contributes ideas to and cooperates in the execution of strategic plan initiatives in support of the company vision, mission and values. 6. Responsible to ensure that all training materials and policies and procedures are reviewed and updated on regular basis by relevant department. 7. | Qualification Requirements: | 1. Must be Bachelor’s Degree holder 2. Minimum four years of experience in hotel industry. 3. Minimum two years of managerial experience. 4. Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner. 5. Must possess strong interpersonal skills. 6. Excellent facilitation and oral and written communication skills, as to communicate with employees, members of management team, and in group presentations and meetings. 7. Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information. 8. Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently. 9. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, judgment, negotiating, influencing, and decision making skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. 10. Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback. 11. fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English preferred . 12. Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. |
