| Job Duties: | • To present a leadership role that is faithful to the core principle of the company • To ensure compliance with regulatory, departmental and company policies as well as local gaming law. • To manage team of supervisors and employees in the performance of their duties • To motivate employees to exert effort necessary to attain organizational goals • To manage effective labor requirements and coverage in all electronic gaming area at all times • To verify large slot machine pay out as per company policy and local gaming law • To ensure all guest disputes and complaints are handled and resolved professionally, accurately and efficiently • To maintain effective communication between front line staff and management • To ensure marketing personnel are informed and act on all information with regards to identifying new premium slot players • To ensure the presentation of the slot area is at optimum level at all times • To ensure all marketing and promotional activity are being adhered to by electronic gaming personnel • To conduct counseling, coaching and disciplinary procedures of electronic gaming personnel in the performance of their duties • To ensure effective communication of customer interactions or feedback within the department • To ensure highest quality of customer service is consistently and professionally maintained throughout gaming floor • To manage preparation and oversee special projects • To protect all assets of the department at all times • To liaise with other departments, contractors, suppliers, police and government department to ensure smooth operations • To assist Director with Performance Appraisal Reviews • To conduct training updates for further team members’ skill enhancement • To perform other job related duties |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Working experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in shift management or above in a slot or casino operation. Experienced in Asian gaming market is perfered. • Educational Level: High School graduate or above. Graduate or Diploma desired. • Language / computer skill: Able to speak and write, read and understand English. • Customer interactions: Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy interacting with guests whilst looking for service opportunities. To possess a well-groomed appearance. • Teamwork: Able to get along with co-workers as a team. To be able to influence and inspire through optimistic communication • Flexibility schedule: Able to work any day of the week and any shift. • Other requirements: Out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company. |
