| Job Duties: | Identify and quantify cost factors such as construction time frame, materials, equipment and labor expenses. Must be proficient in reading blueprint and evaluate materials needed for the project. Travel to job sites to gather information on materials, labor requirements and other factors that affect project cost. Consult with industry experts to discuss estimates and resolved issues. Evaluate product’s cost effectiveness and profitability. Must have strong determination to meet deadlines and meet projects demands. Do other related duties as assign from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Holder of a bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent course with a minimum of 5 years work experience Proficient in using AutoCadd, 3D drawing, and Microsoft office software. Must possess excellent organizational and administrative skills. Attention to details is a MUST. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Hardworking, can work under less supervision and must be able to meet work deadlines. Valid CNMI driver license and original Police Clearance required. |
