| Job Duties: | Summary: This position is responsible for all tasks related to the Hybrid Fiber Coaxial System’s operation and maintenance. On the HFC Operation and Maintenance to improve all aspects of the Headend. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to perform all the duties of a Maintenance and Fiber Technician. Able to operate Fusion Splicer. Able to test fiber strands with an OTDR and other fiber test equipment. Must have knowledge Headend Wiring/Cabling Documentation. Performs troubleshooting of theHeadend. Must have knowledge of PathTrak Return Path Monitoring System. Works safely and follows all OSHA, NEC, and company safety rules and procedures. All other duties as assigned. |
