| Job Duties: | Summary: Responsible for performing bench repair of electronic equipment to include OSP equipment, head-end equipment, officer equipment, and vehicle auxiliary electronic equipment. This position also assists in head-end maintenance to include satellite TVRO antennas and all equipment associated with signal acquisition, signal processing and signal transmission. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Component level bench repair of various electronics equipment · Operated various test equipment to diagnose and isolate electronic problems. · Interprets schematic diagrams · Utilizes computer to document and record findings and to perform research · Works flexible hours and days · Works outdoors in varying weather conditions · Performs after hours stand-by for emergency calls on operational head-end equipment and systems · All other duties assigned · Works safely and follow all OSHA, NEC, and company safety rules and procedures |
