Job Title: Tech Zone Supervisor
Job Duties: Summary: Duties involve but not limited to the following: Training and support to the techZONE team. Research cellular handset/devices for software (OS) upgrades, Repair and diagnose cellular devices, work to ensure the highest level of customer service and repairs. Maintain highest level of repair turnaround time, service times and wait times. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Programming / Provisioning of all Handsets / Wireless devices. • Knowledge of all Handsets / Wireless devices and its features • Understanding of all applications / protocols required for handsets and wireless devices • Understanding all accessories and hardware for handsets and wireless devices • Diagnose or trouble shoot cellular devices • Repair cellular devices in a timely matter • Upgrading of software (os) of handsets. • Assist business sales on issues of cellular devices • Assist team in exceeding repair and service times. • Maintain a clean and well-organized work area. • Maintain and process seedstock and parts as per SOP. • Assist Manager in overseeing all aspects of techZONE operations. • Conduct and/or coordinate training for new and established staff • Motivate and influence staff to meet or exceed departmental goals • Provides feedback to associates by regular coaching and monitoring • Must be able to maintain and manage repair and service reports daily, weekly, and monthly • Must be able to maintain and manage inventory reports daily, weekly and monthly • Must be able to perform data privacy audits daily, weekly and monthly • Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner • Present TechZone updates and reports to Senior Leadership Team • Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have good organizational skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize. • Must be computer literate with the ability to enter data and run sales reports as required. • Vehicle Transportation required. • Must be able to work a flexible full time schedule, which may include evenings and weekends. • Attention to detail • Ability to work at various techZONE retail locations. • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills • Ability to handle multi-task assignments • Ability to handle difficult customer situations and ability to help solve • Other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED required. Strong computer skills, including Internet, MS Office (Word, Excel, etc). Solid interpersonal communications skills. Highly motivated individual. Must be able to perform with minimal supervision. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization. Bilingual is a plus.
