| Job Title: | TERMINAL OPERATOR -TINIAN |
| Job Duties: | Monitor transportation and storage of flammable and other potentially dangerous products to ensure that safety guidelines are followed. Monitor equipment functioning, observe temperature, level, and flow gauges, and perform regular unit checks to ensure that all equipment is operating as it should. Control operation of compressors, scrubbers, evaporators, and refrigeration equipment to liquefy, compress, or regasify natural gas. Start and shut down plant equipment. Record, review, and compile operations records, test results, and gauge readings such as temperatures, pressures, concentrations, and flows. •Executes and complies with company’s operational procedures and systems, policies and guidelines by using terminal manuals and procedures, loss prevention tools, and corporate & industry standards. •Conducts routine facility inspections. Maintains housekeeping and conducts maintenance and repairs to ensure safe operating conditions. •Performs safe marine terminal operations, shore to ship and ship to shore transfers of bulk petroleum products, tank truck loading, pipeline transfers and product quality testing. •Adheres to safety and environmental programs. Takes a dynamic and proactive approach to protect the environment and the safety, health and security of employees, customers and public. •Administratively prepares and submits regulatory and internal reports associated with the handling, storage and product movement of the petroleum distribution terminal. Performs oil loss monitoring duties. •Interfaces with third party contractors, local and federal government agencies, internal and external customers and ExxonMobil’s global network system. •Conducts simple math calculations and conversions of temperature, weights and measures. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Require training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience, or an associate's degree. Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers. These occupations usually involve using communication and organizational skills to coordinate, supervise, manage, or train others to accomplish goals. •Experience in safe petroleum handling, distribution and storage or related field •At least a high school diploma or equivalent •Must be familiar with computer applications in spreadsheet, word processing (i.e. MS Word and Excel) •Understanding of US federal and local regulations as applicable to petroleum handling, storage and distribution •Willing and able to work shifts based on a 24-hour work day (day and night shifts), willingness to occasionally work extended hours, weekends, and holidays •Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills: •Experience in marine terminal operations •Previous experience in petroleum handling and storage •Previous experience in petroleum industry |
