| Job Duties: | Perform tasks involving physical labor at building and heavy company construction projects. Will clean and prepare sites, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris. Perform labor trades. May operate and maintain earthmoving equipments. Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures in the campus. Other duties may include minor and major repair of all buildings and equipments and some construction as necessary with the supervision of the supervisor. May perform other duties that are customarily performed in the construction and maintenance department of the school. |
