| Job Duties: | Over-all in charge of Accounting and admin operations of the company. Prepares and reports the finances and the company operations to the management. Examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other records pertaining to the status of the company. Computes taxes and prepares tax returns and making sure of the compliance to Revenue and Tax requirements, such as BGRT, 1120CM, FICA, EWRT and others. Writes and communicates with IRS, CNMI Tax & Revenue and other financial institutions and vendors. Prepares payroll and payments to suppliers. Balances collections and revenues for deposits. And other related duties. |
