| Job Duties: | Responsibilities: • Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in the sale of Hermès's range of product in the boutique • Achieving sales target and maintaining a high level of customer service, product knowledge and basic operational procedures. • Assist with inventory and special projects as needed. • Ensure visual standards are maintained. • Assist the customer in selecting, purchasing, refunding merchandise while demonstrating a high level of customer service. • Work with the team to accomplish sales and service • Provide the Store Manager with customers’ feedback • To maintain and ensure that the retail place is neat, clean, hazard-free and dust-free. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High School Diploma or equivalent or an equivalent of combined education and job experience to successfully perform the essential function of the job. • Strong motivation towards becoming a Hermes Ambassador and providing excellent customer service • Strong commitment towards teamwork and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in the Chinese Language preferred • 3-6 years’ experience in the luxury retail sector, with cashiering experience. • Able to commit working shifts, including weekend, nights and holidays |
