| Job Duties: | • Develop & implement logistic strategies to improve operational efficiency • Supervise & manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, pick/pack, stock keeping/checking) • Optimum utilization of warehouse facilities and maintain high accuracy of inventory levels. • Communicate with in/outbound parties for operational improvement and problem solving • Prepare reports for management • Familiar with e-commerce business. • Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as assigned • Follow up superiors’ instruction for any ad-hoc / departmental relative issues |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Education: o Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related discipline • Work Experience: o Five (5) years of solid, related work experience. o Experience working with ERP systems is highly desireable. • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: o Good interpersonal and Communication skills. o Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics o Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position o Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures o Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly o Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written o Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need o Must be able to work independently or with a team o Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. o Knowledge in ERP Systems is highly desirable. o Responsible, detail-minded, well-organized, able to work independently and respond quickly to changing demands and priorities • Language Skills: o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents.
